  Rip off artists to the core. 400 dollars for an oil change and diagnostic. Oh sorry I forgot they cleaned oil from1 little tube. Then they screamed at my young daughter for asking what she was paying for. Not to mention the name calling. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

  Probably the worst auto shop in Canada. Took my sunfire there to get a ticking noise fixed. They call me saying the problem is spark plugs (which I knew 100% it was not the problem) so I told them I'll pass and take it to a scrap yard. When I got back to pick up my car they left the entire engine apart and tried to steal multiple parts of my car. After asking them numerous times if they still had any parts and then finally bringing one of the mechanics out to my car to show him there's clearly parts missing he finally goes back into the shop and magically grabs 2 more parts from my car. Claims "he's been sick for a couple days so he's a little out of it" lousy excuse. So i end up deciding to take it to another autobody shop before the scrap yard after realizing i was dealing with a bunch of idiots in Norwood. This new autoshop tells me that Norwood mechanical and collision took my entire engine apart without cleaning anything first and got salt and dirt and everything else down in the engine so they'll have to clean my entire engine inside out. And they also found the original SIMPLE problem for me which Norwood could not. (Loose oil filter cap let oil leak out till it was almost empty which caused ticking noise.) So instead of simply adding engine oil and possibly fixing my car Its on its way to the scrap yard. Thanks Norwood Auto Care Mechanical and Collision!

  Had 2 bad experiences at this shop, one buying a truck and having to return it because it was a lemon. The other a repair on a vehicle, nothing but long winded excuses and delays . Waisted over 20 hrs of my time.
